Somerset West in 1991. Raised by a single mother
in Macassar, he started his schooling at Firgrove
Primary in 1998. He enjoyed art, Language and
playing Volleyball. After passing Grade 7, Miles
went to Gordon High School where he matriculated
in 2009 with a bachelor pass. Pursuing his dream
of becoming a teacher, Miles was accepted to the
University of the Western Cape to study a Bachelor
of Education but was forced to drop out after his
first year due to financial constraints. He then
started working to support himself and was
awarded a bursary to study a Bachelor of
Commerce at Boston City Campus, which he
completed in 2015."
